QikServe will be performing system maintenance on Tuesday, 3rd of May, from 4:00 - 5:00 AM UTC.

During this time, all kiosk services, pay at table services, as well as mobile and web orders for stores integrated with Oracle or Omnivore, will be unavailable.

This scheduled downtime is necessary ahead of maintenance planned by our database provider (Amazon AWS) later that week. We have taken every appropriate measure to minimise the duration and impact of this maintenance and do not foresee any issues as a result.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Integrations (Point of Sale Integrations, Point of Sale - Oracle), Guest Facing Applications- US platform (All Channels), and Guest Facing Applications - EMEA platform (Kiosk - EMEA).
